University Leadership and Creativity

One of the many things I've noticed in my time in university thus far has been that university leadership in general, as well as many of the higher-ranking admins, genuinely believe that they are fueling creativity and freedom, but in reality, at least for many students, are acting to cause the precise opposite. And that is one of the most dangerous things about them. Nonetheless, universities are certainly beneficial in certain aspects, but there is a point where the bad outweighs the good, and I certainly hope it will not reach that point.
